Who is eligible to sign up for this service?
This service is designed for SME companies, registered Associations & government entities. Hence, registration must be done using BRN or similar identify.

What is the monthly charge, and installation fee?
We have three plans starting at RM129/month. Standard installation is free-of-charge.
Is there a contract period?
Yes, the service comes with 24-months-contract.
Does it come with any hardware?
Yes, all hardware are included in the subscription.
Can I use my own hardware, such as mesh WiFi?
Yes, you may use your own WiFi router. You will need to perform the configuration yourself.
